摘  要:医学见习是医学生从理论学习到临床实践的重要过渡阶段。近几年高校扩招学生增多,患者的自我保护意识不断增强,在这种形势下单纯依靠传统的灌输式教学方法,见习带教难见成效。灵活采取见习带教方式,多种渠道选择带教病例,可以取得良好的教学效果。Medical novitiate is a significant phase for medical students moving from theoretic learning to clinical practice. In recent years medical schools have recruited a great quantity of students and patients enhance the protection of their rights. Therefore, teachers are facing great difficulties in their teaching and the traditional teaching mode is not suitable. To obtain good teaching results, the combination of different teaching modes is very important.
