摘  要:对树龄分别为15、25、38年,种植海拔为750 m的岭头单丛茶树根茎叶的内生细菌进行分离,采用平板法和对持法筛选出对试验细菌指示菌和植物病原菌具有抑菌效果的拮抗菌株,并对其进行形态观察和16S rDNA鉴定。结果表明:从岭头单丛茶树根茎叶中共分离31株内生细菌,其中有5株内生拮抗细菌。抑菌试验结果表明:所有内生细菌对白色念珠球菌和大肠杆菌均无抑菌作用,LA5对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈直径为14.56 mm,LA16对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌圈直径为13.56 mm;LA3对核桃叶枯病菌、红枣黑斑病菌的菌丝生长抑制率,LA4对梨果黑斑病菌、核桃叶枯病菌、梨腐烂病菌、红枣黑斑病菌、立枯丝核病菌的菌丝生长抑制率,LA16对梨果黑斑病菌的菌丝生长抑制率均达到了80%以上。经16S rDNA鉴定:LA3为根瘤菌属(Rhizobium sp)、LA4为芽胞杆菌属(Bacillus sp)、LA5为蜡样芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus)、LA16为节杆菌属(Arthrobacter sp)、LA19为球形赖氨酸芽孢杆菌(Lysinibacillus sphaericus)。The endophytic bacteria were isolated from the root,stem and leaf of 15,25,38 years Lingtou Dancong tea tree,which the altitude is about 750 m.The inhibition activity strains were screened by the double-plate method and the flat-stand method,then the endophytic bacteria was identified through the morphology and the sequences of 16 S rDNA.The results were as follows: The total of 31 endophytic bacteria were isolated,there were five antagonistic strains.The bacteriostatic test showed that all strains didn't have inhibition activity to Escherichia coli and Moniliaalbican,the diameter of inhibitory zone of LA5 to Bacillus subtilis was 14.56 mm,the LA16 to Staphylococcus aureus was 13.56 mm.The hypha growth inhibition rates of all these strains,which were LA3(to Sphaerulina juglandis,Alternaria sp),LA4(to Alternaria alternate,Sphaerulina juglandis,Valsa ambiens Pers,Alternaria sp,Rhizoctonia solani),LA16(to Alternaria alternate),were more than 80%.Through the sequences of 16 S rDNA: LA3 is Rhizobium sp,LA4 is Bacillus sp,LA5 is Bacillus cereus,LA16 is Arthrobacter sp,LA19 is Lysinibacillus sphaericus.
