摘　　要：澳大利亚医学理事会于1985年成立,负责澳大利亚与新西兰的医学教育认证.经过30多年的发展,已经形成了较为成熟的认证制度,包括较为完善的认证标准修订机制.2012年,澳大利亚医学理事会对2009年版的认证标准进行了修订,其表达形式和内容方面均有调整.本文比较了2009年版和2012年版的标准,并结合我国医学教育的具体情况,对完善我国的认证标准修订过程,建立适宜的认证标准修订体系提出了建议.Since its establishment in 1985,the Australia Medical Council （AMC） has been in charge of the accreditation of medical education in Australia and New Zealand.After over 30 years＆#39; development,it has formed a mature accreditation system including a complete standards revision mechanism.In 2012,the AMC revised its 2009-edition Standards for Assessment and Accreditation of Medical Schools by the Australian Medical Council,with adjustment in both formats and contents.This paper,through comparing changes between the 2009-edition and 2012-edition,puts forward thoughts on the standards revision in China in order to build an internationally recognized accreditation system.
