摘 要:在Hyper Works中,对四边简支的矩形薄板进行模态分析,通过对薄板进行纵向、横向冲筋,加筋板以及改变板的曲率等优化方法,对不同方案进行模态对比分析,结果表明各方案下薄板的振动特性都得到不同程度的改善,其中以冲筋和改变板曲率的方案对车身薄板的振动特性提升最大。最后以车顶为例,进行冲筋模态分析,发现车顶产生了新的局部模态频率。Based on Hyper Works, modal analysis of rectangular thin plate with four edges simply supported is carried out. Using different optimization methods for the rectangular thin plate, such as longitudinal and transverse screed strip, ribbed plate,and changing curvature, modal analysis of different cases were discussed. The results showed that the vibration characteristics of the plate were improved in different methods. It was concluded that the methods of changing the curvature of the plate and screed strip on the plate were better methods. Finally taking the roof as an example,modal analysis of reinforced bar of the car was done. It was found that the roof had new mode frequencies.
