螳螂拳的技术特点及教学方法探讨

摘　　要：通过对螳螂拳技术特点的分析,提出了激发学习者的学习兴趣、提升教学效果与教学质量的教学方法.教学时老师以学习者为主,采取合适的教学方法进行教学,使学习者掌握住六合螳螂拳的技术以及培养学习者的意志品质,促进学习者的身心全面发展.By analyzing the technical features of mantis boxing, this paper puts forward a teaching method which can arouse the learner＇ s interest, enhance the teaching effect and improve the teaching quality. During the course of teaching, a learners - centered teaching method is adopted, which helps the learners better grasp the technical features of Liuhe Mantis Boxing and cultivate the learners＇ strong will, thus promoting an all - round development of the boxing learners.
