摘 要:校园戏剧活动不但可以增进学生适应社会的基本能力,还可以增进符合现代教育理念的更内在的精神素质。在具体实践中,应以全人教育为理念,努力促成学生的个性生长,促成个性与社会性的结合,矫正传统教育忽视个人价值的倾向;应以感性教育为路径,努力发展学生的感性能力,通过强化审美体验,促成文学和戏剧贴近学生的生命,促进创造力的提升,促进感性的解放,免于成为"单面的人";应以心理干预为要义,用戏剧训练的方法解决学生所面临的心理困境,培养学生融合他人的能力,促成学生学会心理的自我监管,让学生成为一个精神健康的人,进而成为符合现代人本主义教育所追求的完整的人。Campus play can improve not only the basic ability of students to adapt to society, but also the inner spiritual quality in accordance to modern educational ideas. In practice, we should take holistic education as the guiding principle to boost the infusion of individuality into society and to rectify the neglect of individual value. We should bring literature and play into the real life of students by enhancing their aesthetic experience through sensibility education as the path to develo- ping and liberating the creativity of students and keeping them from being one-dimensional. Through dramatic training, we should use mental intervention as the major method to resolve psychological predicaments of students, cultivate their ability of cooperation and self-regulation and help them become integrated human beings with mental health modeled upon modern humanism.
