摘　　要：习近平的领导干部马克思主义理论学习观,是一个涵盖"因何学""学什么""如何学"三大理论层次在内的内容丰富、科学严整的理论体系。习近平不仅从领导干部个人和党的建设这两个基本层面探讨了"因何学"的问题,还围绕"四学"阐述了"学什么"的问题,并要求以"三化"解决"如何学"的问题。深刻领会和践行习近平的领导干部马克思主义理论学习观,对于建成高素质的领导干部队伍、落实"三严三实"具有重要现实意义。Xi Jin-ping＇s view on leaders＇ studying Marxism is an abundant and scientific theory system,which contains the problem such as ＂why study＂ ＂what to study＂ and ＂how to study＂. Xi Jin-ping explains the problem of ＂why study＂ from two basic aspects of leaders themselves and the party construction, the problem of ＂what to study＂ from four aspects, and the problem of ＂how to study＂ from three aspects. Deeply comprehending and practicing Xi Jin-ping＇s views is significant for building the contingent of leaders with high quality and carrying out ＂Three Strictness, Three Honesty＂.
