摘　　要：本文针对当前高校辅导员工作开展中的问题,在探讨心理咨询技术应用于高校辅导员工作的必要性和可行性的基础上,提出将心理咨询技术分别运用到辅导员工作的教育、管理和服务三个环节,从而提高辅导员进行学生思想政治教育的有效性,提高辅导员开展学生管理工作的针对性,提高辅导员学生服务工作的专业性。In view of the problems of university counselors＇ work and the necessity and feasibility of the psychological counseling skills in university instructors＇ work, suggestions were pointed out that the psychological counseling skills can improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, the pertinence of the management and the professionalism of the service.
