摘 要:为了研究我国地铁车辆车轮踏面常用的LM、S1002和DIN5573型面与60 kg/m(CHN60)钢轨在不同轨底坡下的动力学性能,建立了某B型地铁车辆动力学模型,详细分析了该车辆采用3种不同车轮型面时轨底坡对车辆运动稳定性、曲线通过性能以及车轮磨耗和滚动接触疲劳的影响,从动力学分析的角度提出地铁车轮型面的最优轨底坡匹配.计算结果表明,轨底坡对LM型面的运动稳定性影响较小,采用现行的1/40轨底坡时车辆具有相对较优的曲线通过性能,有利于减缓车轮的磨耗和滚动接触疲劳.轨底坡对S1002型面的临界速度影响较大,轨底坡由1/30增大至1/25时临界速度出现明显突变,由228 km/h降至171 km/h,轨底坡小于1/30后车辆的综合动力学性能相对较优.DIN5573型面在轨底坡小于1/30时具有相对较优的动力学性能,轨底坡在1/40~1/30范围内轮轨型面匹配较优.To investigate the dynamic performance of wheel profiles of LM,S1002 and DIN5573,mainly used in metro vehicles in China,matching with profile of 60 kg/m(CHN60)rail under different rail cant conditions,a metro vehicle dynamic model was built to analyze the effect of rail cant on hunting stability of the vehicle,cur-ving performances,wheel wear and rolling contact fatigue when three different wheel profiles were used,to propose the optimal matching of rail cant for metro vehicle wheel profiles based on dynamic analysis.The cal-culation results showed that the rail cant had little influence on the hunting stability for LM profile.The vehi-cle showed relatively excellent curving performances under 1/40 rail cant,which was conducive to the reduction of wheel wear and rolling contact fatigue.The critical speed of metro vehicles with wheel profile of S10002 was greatly affected by rail cant.When rail cant increased from 1/30 to 1/25,a significant change occurred to the critical speed for S1002 profile,with speed dropping from 228 km/h to 171 km/h.The comprehensive dynamic performance of the vehicle proved to be relatively excellent when the rail cant was smaller than 1/30 for both S1002 and DIN5573 wheel profiles.The wheel/rail matching performance was better when the rail cant ranged from 1/40 to 1/30 for DIN5573 wheel profile.
