摘  要:【目的】确定雀嘴茶中6′-O-咖啡酰熊果苷(CA)超声辅助提取的最佳工艺。【方法】采用超声辅助法提取雀嘴茶中的CA,通过单因素试验考察甲醇体积分数(50%,60%,70%,80%,90%)、液(mL)料(g)比(8∶1,10∶1,12∶1,14∶1,16∶1)、超声时间(10,15,20,25,30min)、提取次数(1,2,3,4,5次)对CA提取率的影响,并利用响应面法优化CA的超声辅助提取工艺。【结果】超声辅助法提取CA的理论最佳工艺条件为:甲醇体积分数72.87%、液料比15.87∶1、超声时间18.96min、提取次数3.63次,CA提取率的理论预测值可达到23.12%。根据实际操作的需要,将提取工艺条件修正为甲醇体积分数73%、液料比16∶1、超声时间19min、提取次数4次,在此条件下CA实际提取率为23.03%,与理论值较为接近。【结论】采用响应面法优化雀嘴茶中CA超声辅助提取的最佳工艺完全可行。[Objective] This study aimed to determine the optimal ultrasonicassisted extraction of 6'-O- caffeoylarbutin (CA) from Vaccinium dunalianurn buds. [Method] Ultrasonic-assisted extraction method was used to extract CA from V. dunalianum buds. The effects of methanol concentration (50%, 60%, 70%,80%,and 90%),liquid-material ratio (8: 1,10: 1,12:1,14: 1,and 16: 1),ultrasonic time (10,15, 20,25, and 30 rain), and extraction times (1 , 2,3,4, and 5) on the extraction rate of CA were investigated by single factor experiments and the extraction process was optimized using response surface methodology. [Result] The theoretically optimum ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions for CA were. methanol concentration 72.87 %, liquid-material ratio 15.87: 1, ultrasonic time 18.96 min, and extraction number 3.63 times. Under this optimal condition,the predicted extraction rate of CA was 23.12%. According to the actual experiment, the above parameters were modified to methanol concentration 73 %, liquid-material ratio16:1, ultrasonic time 19 rain, and extraction number 4 times. The actual extraction rate of CA was 23.03% ,which was close to the theoretical value. [Conclusion] It is feasible to use response surface method for optimization of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of CA from V. dunalianum buds.
