摘  要:通过对G校推行"一校两制"中企业职工现状、根因和集体行动策略建构的分析,探寻企业职工诉求的原因。G校一班子人坚持问题导向,依法依规,合理合情处置企业职工的诉求,逐步解决历史遗留问题,促进G校健康发展。This essay describes enterprise workers' status of G university in the implementation of "One university with two systems".It also analyzes the reasons of workers' strategies of collective actions and thus finds the causes of the enterprise employees' appeal.It still provides G university leaders' measures to deal with the workers' reasonable appeal and thus carry on good administration by insisting on problem-orientation in accordance with rules and laws to accelerate the development of G University.
