高效液相色谱法在覆铜板生产过程中的应用

摘  要:在覆铜板的生产过程中,双氰胺(DICY)是常用的固化剂,它在配方中的含量直接影响树脂的交联固化程度,进而影响板材的各项性能。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定半固化片中的残留DICY含量,得出最佳的色谱条件为:C_(18)色谱柱(150 cm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-水(体积比为40∶60)为流动相;检测波长为220 nm;流速为1.0 m L/min;柱温为25℃。在此色谱条件下,DICY的进样量在0.04~1.2μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R^2=0.9997,DICY的平均回收率达到97.67%,可在5 min内完成测试。该方法可在生产过程中快速、准确的测定半固化片中的残留DICY含量。During the production process of copper clad laminate(CCL), dicyandiamide(DICY) is a common curing agent, and its content in the formula can affect the crosslinking curing degree of resin directly, and then affect the properties of CCL. In this paper, the DICY content in the prepreg was measured by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method, and the optimum chromatographic condtion was obtained, that was, the chromatographic column used C_(18) column(150 cm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-water(V/V=40∶60) was used as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 220 nm, the flow rate was 1 m L/min, and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Under the chromatographic condition, there is a good linear relationship when the injection quantity of DICY ranges from 0.04 μg to 1.2 μg, the correlation coefficients(R-2) is 0.999 7, the average recovery rate is 97.67%, and the detection can be done in five minutes. The method can fast and acuurately measure the residual content of DICY in the prepreg during production process.
