摘　　要：设计一种卧式滚筒式软化锅,结合西安市某食用油加工企业的实际需求做了重新设计定型,整机目前采用接触器——继电器控制,为了便于以后进行自动化升级改造,设计了一种PID控制系统,对相关设备的升级改造具有一定的指导意义。The design of a horizontal drum type softening kettle is combined with the actual demand of Xi＇an edible oil processing enterprises to finalize the design, the whole of the relay contactor control, in order to facilitate later automation upgrading, designed a kind of PID control system, the related equipment upgrading has certain guiding significance.
