应用巴林特小组培训模式提高护理实习生护患沟通能力的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨巴林特小组培训模式对护理实习生护患沟通能力的影响。方法将30名护理实习生按学历分层抽样随机分为对照组和观察组,分别参加护患沟通能力的传统培训和巴林特小组培训。培训结束6个月后采用护患沟通能力量表评价培训效果。结果 2组护理实习生临床沟通能力测评量表比较观察组效果更佳,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巴林特小组培训模式能有效提高护理实习生的护患沟通能力,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of bahrain＇s team training model to the communication ability with patients of nursing interns.Methods 30 cases of nursing interns were randomly divided into control group and observation group by stratified sampling according to degree,of 60 patients.The nursing interns at control attended the traditional training,and the nursing interns in observation group attended the bahrain＇s team training.Evaluating the training effect 6 months after the training.Results The scores of Clinical Communication Skills Assessment Scale in Observation group were significantly better than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ p〈0.05）.Conclusion The bahrain＇s team training can improve the nurse-patient communication ability of nursing interns effectively,deserve the clinical expansion.
