摘  要:结合微课、微课教学及微课程的概念及特点,以首届全国微课教学比赛为研究对象,从学科分布、微课教学设计、微课制作技术和教师信息化能力等方面,论述了微课教学资源建设面临的问题,并就问题进行分析,提出新建本科院校微课教学资源建设应注重更新教师观念、创新微课教学资源手段及提升教师信息化教学水平,从而有效地保障微课教学资源建设常态化和科学化。Combining with the concepts and characteristics of micro-lesson, micro-teaching and micro-course, and selecting the first national micro-teaching competition as the object of the research, this paper discusses the problems of micro-teaching resources construction from the distribution of the discipline, the micro-teaching design, micro-lesson production technology and teachers' informatization ability, etc. Then it analyzes the problems and proposes opinions that the school should pay attention to update their concepts, innovative means of micro teaching resources and enhance the level of informationization teaching for micro teaching resources construction of the newly built universities, so as to effectively guarantee the micro teaching resources construction scientific and normalized.
