摘  要:高考英语改革是一项多维度生态工程,单纯增加分值或考试次数,改革难以奏效。文章通过梳理和分析高考英语分值权重历时变化及其后效,运用生态语言学相关理论思考外语教育和外语政策的关系,从命题观、内容和方式三个维度对高考英语改革提出建设性意见。在高考改革不分文理科的前提下,高考英语改革坚持生态语言发展观显得尤为重要,突出语言的工具性和人文性,将语言和社会环境更加密切地结合起来,有利于在外语教育中推广母语教育,有利于构建和谐共生、可持续的语言生态环境,创建生态型社会化考试制度及评价体系和提升学习者英语学科素养。Matriculation English Testing Reform is a multi-dimensional ecological project,which cannot be fulfilled simply by reducing the scoring or the frequency. By analyzing the diachronic change of the scoring weighing and its after-effect,and applying the related concepts in eco-linguistics,this paper contemplates the relation between foreign language and policy and makes constructive suggestions to Matriculation English Testing Reform in terms of the perspective for setting the testing paper,the content and the method. The suggestions advocate the vital importance of eco-linguistic development perspective,which means stressing instrumentalism and humanism of language and closely linking the language and the social environment and which can promote the spreading of mother tongue education in foreign language education,the constructing of a harmonious and sustainable eco-linguistic environment,the establishing of an ecologized and socialized testing system and evaluative mechanism to improve learners’ English subject literacy.
