中国传统文化对中医的影响及其在翻译中的体现

摘　　要：中国传统文化博大精深、历史悠久,对于中医独特的语言特点和思维方式具有重要的影响。中医语言晦涩难懂,言简意赅,使用大量的修辞和典故。如果没有一定传统文化知识的根基,就很难透彻读懂中医文献,语言之间的翻译活动也就无从谈起。本文主要从中国古代哲学,古代文学和自然地理三个方面简要阐释中国古代文化对中医英语翻译的影响。With its long history, ancient Chinese culture has great influence on language of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） as well as thinking methods. Language of TCM is difficult to understand for its abundant rhetoric expressions. It is impossible to trans-late TCM article without accurate understanding of ancient Chinese culture. This paper aimed to illustrate influences of culture on translation of TCM into English from aspects of ancient philosophy, literature and natural geography.
