摘　　要：人教版高中生物学必修教材中的35个实验在"参与程度""实验效果""未做的原因""设置的必要性"四个方面虽然各有差异,但基本是统一的;对实验进行修订要全面考虑课标的要求、实验的目的、实验的可操作性等方面的因素;实验的修订可以从实验材料、试剂、步骤等方面进行优化。The 35 experiments in the PEP version of high school compulsory biology textbook are unified despite the differences among the four aspects ＂participating degree experiment effect＂ ＂reason for skipping＂ ＂necessity for setting up＂. The revision for the experimental section bears a full consideration of curriculum standard, experiment purpose, operability and other factors. Meanwhile, optimization for the revision of experiments can be conducted in terms of experiment materials, reagents and procedures.
