摘  要:目的:通过对我国缺血缺氧性脑损伤幼鼠实验研究的作者研究能力和合作关系的分析,揭示我国缺血缺氧性脑损伤幼鼠的研究状况和发展历程。方法:利用中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)获取国内公开发表的期刊文献的题目和摘要,以Endnote格式导出,BICOMB抽取和整理关键词信息生成矩阵,借助Ucinet的Net Draw可视化软件绘制图谱。结果:共有1 731位作者在1998-2015年期间从事缺血缺氧性脑损伤幼鼠相关实验研究,其中第一作者发表论文≥3篇的47位作者共发文188篇。对188篇文献所有合著作者关系进行聚类分析,从22个研究团队中选出5个研究团队。结论:我国缺血缺氧性脑损伤幼鼠的实验研究起步较晚,各团队研究特色鲜明,团队之间的联系有待加强,同时应加强针灸和康复训练在该领域的基础和应用研究。Objective To reveal the current situation and development history of research on ischemic and hypoxic cerebral injury in infant mice in China by analyzing the ability of authors who published papers on ischemic and hypoxic cerebral injury in infant mice and their cooperation. Methods Titles and abstracts of papers published in foreign and domestic journals were retrieved from CNKI and transformed into Endnote format. Their key words were extracted to generate matrix using BICOMB and plotted by NetDraw visual software of Ucinet. Results Of the 1 731 authors engaged in research on ischemic and hypoxic cerebral injury in infant mice from 1998 to 2015,47 who pub- lished ≥papers as the first author published a total of 188 papers. Five research teams were selected from 22 research teams by analyzing the co-authorship in the 188 papers. Conclusion Although research on ischemic and bypoxic cerebral injury in infant mice was started later in our country than in foreign countries,the research conducted by different teams is distinctively characterized. However, coordination between different research teams, basic and application research on acupuncture and rehabilitation should be strengthened.
