摘　　要：随着国家经济的快速发展,经济国际化,不同国家之间的交流成为最主要的问题,而英语作为与世界交流的主要语言,扮演着十分重要的角色。一直以来英语都是作为考试学科跟语文数学并存,可见其重要性。国家教育部门将英语作为考试学科的目的是为了让学生以后更好的走向社会,走向国际,然而学生们在各种考试的压力下造成了只会单纯的考英语而不会说英语的尴尬现象,最后真正能够用英语进行交流的人少之又少。再加上在校期间我们学习的英语大部分都是单纯的理论知识,没有系统的训练口语,面对这种问题,就需要新的教学模式来应对,而APP基础上的大学英语翻转课堂教学改革分析在国外的教育中已经取得了很大的成果,值得我们学习。With the rapid development of national economy and the internationalization of the economy,the communication between different countries become the main problem.As the main language of communication with the world,English plays a very important role.English has long is as a test subject and the language of mathematics,shows its importance.National education department will English as the purpose of the exam subjects,in order to make students better to the society,after go global.The students under the pressure of exams,however,causes only a simple tests and can＇t speak English embarrassed phenomenon,but few really able to communicate in English.During the period of school we study English is mostly pure theory knowledge,there is no systematic training oral English,this needs to cope with the new teaching mode,and turn the college English classroom teaching,on the basis of the APP in foreign education has made great achievements,is worth us studying.
