甘肃民族地区推进科普工作的重要意义及障碍破除——以阿克塞哈萨克自治县为例

摘　　要：在创新发展和全面建设小康社会的新形势下,民族地区的科普工作更为紧迫和重要。甘肃省阿克塞县目前还存在科普经费短缺、科普队伍薄弱、科普活动欠丰富等问题,制约了科普工作推动经济社会发展的助力作用。推进阿克塞县科普工作,需要高度重视科普工作对阿克塞县建成全面小康社会、转型发展和融入"一带一路"建设的重大意义,着力突破体制机制约束、思想认识制约和文化观念束缚,开创科普工作新局面。Under the new situation of innovative development and building a comprehensive well-off soci?ety, the popularization of ethnic minority areas becomes more urgent and important. Aksay County in Gansu Province still has a shortage of funding, weak team and monotonous activities in science popularization and so on, which have restricted the assistant role of science popularization in promoting economic and social develop?ment. To promote the science popularization in Aksay County, we need to attach great importance to the signifi?cance of science popularization for the construction of a comprehensive well-off society, the transformation and development, and the integration with the construction of"One Belt and One Road"in Aksay County, make full efforts to break through the institutional mechanisms constraint, thinking constraints and cultural attitudes , and create a new situation in science popularization.
