摘  要:[目的]探讨不同年级护生职业态度现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用职业态度量表和自我价值感量表对一年级和四年级的中专升本科、专科升本科、统招本科护生进行调查。[结果]一年级护生的职业态度得分高于四年级护生(P<0.05);统招本科护生的职业态度得分高于专科升本科护生和中专升本科护生(P<0.05);影响一年级护生职业态度的因素为家庭生活压力、其他专业同学态度、求职需求、亲戚朋友的看法等,影响四年级护生职业态度的因素为病人对护理人员的态度、工作压力、收入水平、职称等。[结论]应结合护生的自身特点、职业情感、护理职业特殊性、复杂的护理工作环境和就业形势等因素给予有针对性的职业教育。Objective:To probe into the status quo of nursing students' professional attitude in different grades and its influencing factors.Method:Nursing students of college rising undergraduate,specialist rising undergraduate,undergraduate in grade one and grade four were investigated by using professional attitude scale and self worth scale.Results:The score of nursing students' professional attitude in grade one was higher than that in grade four(P<0.05);The score of nursing students' professional attitude in undergraduate was higher than that in college rising undergraduate,specialist rising undergraduate(P<0.05);Influencing factors of professional attitude of nursing students in grade one were the pressure of family life,other professional students' attitude,job demands,the views of relatives and friends and so on,influencing factors of professional attitude of nursing students in grade four were patients attitude to nursing staff,job stress,income level,the title and so on.Conclusion:Professional education should be targetedly conducted combined with the characteristics of nursing students,professional affection,the special characteristics of nursing profession,the complicated nursing work environment and the employment situation.
