摘 要:[目的]了解护理专业大学生社会性别意识现状.[方法]采用分层随机抽样方法,自行设计问卷对遵义医学院570名在校护理专业大学生进行护理专业大学生社会性别意识的调查分析.[结果]护理专业大学生知道社会性别内涵的比例为25.4%(95%置信区间在21.8%-29.0%);其中不同性别、年级、成长环境、男女平等认识现状及课程开设情况的护生对社会性别内涵认识构成比均存在差异(均P〈0.05).男护生认为护士职业性别适合程度排在首位的是较适合女性(46.7%);女护生认为果断和独立较适合女性比例分别为0.6%和3.7%.[结论]护理专业大学生对社会性别内涵的知晓度不高.男护生对自身的职业认同感不强,女护生仍受性别刻板印象的影响.因此,应在护理院校开设性别教育公共课程,强化护理专业大学生社会性别意识.Objective:To understand the social gender consciousness of nursing college students.Methods:A stratified random sampling method was used to investigate and analyze 600 nursing students in Zunyi Medical College.Results:The investigation found that the awareness rate of the gender connotation of the undergraduate nursing students was 25.43%(95% CI=21.8%to 29.0%).Different gender,grade,growth environment,gender equality awareness status and course offering of nursing students to understand the gender connotation of social gender ratio were statistically significant(P<0.05).Male nursing students believe that nurses' occupational gender suitability in first place is more suitable for women(46.7%);female nursing students thought that the decisive and independent proportion which suited to describe women were 0.6% and 3.7% respectively.Conclusion:Nursing students' awareness of the social gender connotation is not high.Male nursing students do not have a strong sense of professional identity;the female nursing students are still affected by gender stereotypes.So gender education should be opened in nursing colleges and the gender consciousness of nursing students should be strengthened.
