摘　　要：随着黑茶越来越广泛地受到消费者的喜爱,探索黑茶翻堆技术,研制新型的翻堆设备,提高黑茶的生产效率和质量显得迫在眉睫。总结分析目前国内外翻堆设备的研究新动态,结合存在的问题提出今后的研究发展方向。With the dark tea is more and more widely by the consumer favorite, explore dark tea turningtechnology, manufacture a new type of turning equipment,enhances the production efficiency and the qualityof dark tea is imminent. Summing up and analysis of the current domestic valgus throwing equipment researchand developments, and put forward the research direction in the future according to the existing problems.
