从大学生的视角剖析高校教师师德的重塑——以大连海事大学本科生的问卷调查实证为例

摘　　要：根据《关于建立健全高校师德建设长效机制的意见》之基本精神,文章采取问卷调查法,在对大连海事大学200名本科生的问卷调查的基础之上,以学生的视角针对目前高校师德建设方面所存在的一些问题进行了梳理与分析,最后提出了重塑高校教师师德的三项主要措施:构建并完善考核评价和教育、监管的体制与机制;多重并举培育高校教师的政治素养、道德品行和价值取向;将高校师德建设作为破解信仰危机系统工程的一项根本举措。According to the basic idea of The views on the establishment of long-term mechanism of College Teachers＇ morality construction,the essay uses the way of questionnaire survey,on the basement of the questionnaire survey to the 200 undergraduates in Dalian Maritime University,arrange and analyse the questions of the university＇s teachers＇ morality at present.Finally,the essay promotres three main measures：construct and perfect the system of assessment,education,supervision;take verious measures to cultivate the university＇s teachers＇ political quality,morality and value orientation;take the construction of university＇s teachers＇ morality as a fundamental measure in the project of solving the crisis of belief.
