摘　　要：在科学研究、生产、日常生活等各方面,测定和控制pH值有重要理论与实际意义。pH值是分析化学教学中的一个重要内容。在教学过程中,我们结合史实与应用,介绍了酸碱理论,为方便表示质子浓度/活度引入pH值概念,以及用pH计准确测量pH值,并由此展开总结思考。实践结果表明,学生对这种教学方式印象深刻,调动了学习积极性,改善了教学效果,从而达到改善教学质量目的。In scientific research,production,life,and so on,determination and control of p H value has important theoretical and practical significance. The p H value is an important content in the analytical chemistry teaching.Combined with historical facts and application,acid- base theory was simply introduced. p H apparatus was mainly designed for the purpose of getting the concentration of proton concentration（ the p H value） in various liquors to supply industrial processes with exact and reliable parameters. And the thinking was summarized. Practice results showed that the students impressed this way of teaching,mobilized the study enthusiasm,improved the teaching effect,so as to improve the teaching quality.
