摘  要:人类组织的合作是基于合作双方的利益需求和资源共享。与美国的专业发展学校相比,我国教师教育(U-S)合作存在一定的困境,其根本原因在于二者出现了严重的资源非对称状态,尤其是中小学对大学的资源依赖性较弱。鉴于此,运用资源依赖理论,从组织社会学角度分析了教师教育U-S合作困境的原因,并充分挖掘和共享大学与中小学的特质性资源,提出教师教育U-S合作困境的路径选择。The cooperation of human organization is based on the mutual interests demanding and resources sharing.Compared with the professional development schools in the United States,there is certain dilemma of the U- S cooperation of teacher's education in our country. The fundamental reason is that serious resources unbalanced state appeared between the both sides,especially middle and primary schools are less dependent on universities. For that reason,this article analyses the reason of teachers' education U- S cooperation dilemma from the perspective of organizational sociology by resource dependence theory,explores and shares the characteristic resources of universities and middle and primary schools,puts forward the path selection for U- S cooperation dilemma in teacher's education.
