摘  要:高校思政课教师激励体系存在需求认识不到位、手段较为单一和考评不够科学等问题,难以充分调动其投身专业化发展的热情。激励理论从人的内部需要出发,把动机系统激活,进而能有效调动积极性、主动性与创造性,对激励高校思政课教师具有重要借鉴意义。从激励理论入手,通过切实满足思政课教师合理需要、高度重视思政课教师保健因素的满足与激励因素的开发、进一步完善思政课教师期望激励体系、公平公正对待每个思政课教师、优化思政课教师奖惩制度和积极引导思政课教师科学归因,可以更好地激励思政课教师专业化发展。In the incentive system for university ideology politics teachers exist many problems such as ignorance of cognition,monotonous methods and unscientific assessment,which can not fully mobilize their enthusiasm for their professional development. Incentive theory,based on the internal needs of people,is to activate the motivation system and then energy efficiency to mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,which has an important reference for encouraging college and university politics teachers. Starting from the theory of motivation,by satisfying politics teacher's reasonable needs,paying more attention to the satisfaction of the teachers and the incentive factors,further improving the ideological and political teacher's expectation incentive system,the fair and impartial treatment of every ideological and political teachers,optimizing the incentive and punishment system for poli tics teachers,and guiding the scientific attribution of them,it can better stimulate the professional development of politics teachers.
