摘　　要：高职院校培养学生创新创业能力,要以正确的创新创业教育思想、完善的教育体系,对创新创业课程进行合理设置,实施工学结合培养模式,从而有效实现人才培养计划,增强学生创新创业能力,促进学生就业率的提高。In order to develop higher vocational students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship ability,colleges are supposed to offer courses of innovation and entrepreneurship and to take teaching mode of ＂learning and working＂. By doing so,colleges can complete their training plan with the students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship ability improved and employment rate increased.
