摘　　要：面对产业转型升级对高素质技能型人才的现实需求,高职教育要想实现自身发展必须转变观念,主动适应产业转型升级的发展,不断完善高等职业教育人才培养机制,以产学合作理念推进产业人才培养,跟上产业转型升级步伐,加快高等职业教育"双师型"教师队伍建设,推进师资与产业转型对接,打造人才培养水平"升级版",实现高等职业教育与产业经济转型升级的协同发展。Faced with the need for high-quality talents in industrial restructuring and upgrading,higher vocational education,in order to achieve their own development,must change ideas, take the initiative to meet the development requirements of industrial transformation and upgrading,and constantly improve its personnel training system, promote industrial personnel training the concept of industry-university cooperation to keep up with the pace of industrial restructuring and upgrading,accelerate ＂doubleoriented＂ teachers of higher vocational education,adapt teachers team construction to requirements of industrial restructuring,and upgrade personnel training level to achieve collaborative development of higher vocational education and industrial restructuring and upgrading.
