基于标准作业程序的卫生事业管理专业本科生实习带教模式的实践与探索

摘　　要：为提高实习带教质量,医院病人服务中心开展了卫生事业管理专业本科生实习带教模式的教学改革探讨。以培养医院管理实用型人才为带教目标,病人服务中心建立卫生事业管理专业学生实习带教的标准作业程序(Standard Operation Procedure,SOP):岗前培训规范化;合理制定实习带教计划;常规工作规范化,培养学生实践能力;重视出科考核。在实践中,结合学生实习期望,基于SOP的实习带教模式获得一定成效,实现了学生与部门的双方满意。To improve the quality of internship teaching, the hospital patient service center carried out an internship - teaching model on health management undergraduate internship. To foster practical hospital management talents as a teach- ing goal, the patient service center set up the Standard Operation Procedure （SOP） on the practice teaching of health man- agement students： standardized training for work, made a reasonable plan on internship teaching; standardized routine work, encouraged students to practice, and emphasized departmental rotation examination. In practice, considering the students＇ ex- pectation, both students and departments were satisfied based on the SOP with eertain achievements.
