摘　　要：在教学管理信息化程度不断加深的背景下,网上评教以其操作便捷、数据处理准确、结果反馈及时顺畅等优势,成为许多高校评价教师教学工作的重要手段。网上评教中存在的师生认识有偏差、指标设置不科学、结果处置不当等问题,严重影响工作效能。转变工作理念,科学设置评价指标、合理处置评价结果、完善工作机制是改进网上评教工作的重要方法和途径。： In the background of gradually developed Teaching Management Information, online evaluation of teaching become an important means of evaluating teachers＂ teaching work in many colleges and universities because of its advantages, such as easy operation, accurate data processing, timely and smooth feedbaCk on results and so on. But there are still some problems, including the misunderstanding of teachers and students about the online teaching evaluation, unscientific index setting, in appropriate results disposal and others, which have serious impact on the effectiveness of the work. The ways to improve the online evaluation of teaching are changing work philoso- phy, setting scientific evaluation index, disposing evaluation results reasonably, perfecting work mechanism.
