摘　　要：互联网信息技术促进大学组织变革是当代教育管理研究的热点。本文以广西大学继续教育信息系统平台为案例研究对象,研究＂互联网＋＂对大学组织变革的影响。本文基于广西大学继续教育信息系统平台的构建过程,提炼出了具有＂融合、开放、赋能＂特征的大学组织变革的＂互联网＋＂变革路径模型。本文研究结论有助于完善大学组织变革理论,对中国大学利用＂互联网＋＂实施组织变革具有重要的指导意义。The Internet information technology promote the university organization reform is the hot spot of the contemporary education management research. In this paper, the research object of the case study is based on the continuing education information system platform of Guangxi University. This paper based on the construction of the platform of continuing education information system of Guangxi University, found the"Internet + "reform path model of university organization transformation which has the characteristics of"integration, opening and empowerment". The conclusion of this paper is helpful to perfect the theory of organizational reform of the University, which has important guiding significance to the implementation of the"Internet +".
