摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的发展,人民生活水平进一步得到提高。物质生活的发展间接促进了我国旅游行业的进步,对旅游人才的数量和质量提出了更高的要求。高职院校培养旅游人才的重要地方,在培养相关旅游人才的过程中,更加注重学生实践技能的提高。因此,在具体的培养过程中,往往需要和一些旅游企业达成一些共识,建立校企合作的旅游教育模式。只有在实践中培养出来的旅游业人才,才能更好地适应当前情况下的旅游实际工作。With the development of our country＇s economy and society,people＇s living standard has been further improved. The development of material life indirectly promotes the progress of China＇s tourism industry,but also puts forward higher requirements on the quantity and quality of tourism talents. Therefore,in the process of specific training,it is often required to reach some consensus with some tourism enterprises,the establishment of school enterprise cooperation in tourism education model.Only in the practice of the training of tourism professionals,in order to better adapt to the current situation of tourism practical work.
