现代学徒制在木材加工专业教学中的实践——以定制橱柜课程为例

摘　　要：现代学徒制在欧洲一些国家已比较成熟,而在我国仍处于探索阶段。辽宁林业职业技术学院为将学生培养成职业技能型人才,与多家家具企业进行校企合作,对木材加工专业进行了"订单"培养,将现代学徒制人才培养模式应用到多门课程中。这种人才培养模式不但提高了学生的实习动手能力,让学生更多地了解到企业的真实工作情况,同时也大大提高了学生的学习兴趣和团队合作力,使学生具备了毕业后可以直接上岗的能力。Modern apprenticeship has been relatively mature in Europe and other countries, but it is still in the exploratory stage in China. In order to train students to be professional skilled talents, Liaoning Forestry Vocation-Technical College cooperates with many furniture enterprises, and conducts ＂order＂ cultivation in wood professing major, and applies the modern apprenticeship talent training mode to many courses. The training mode not only improves students＇ operational ability, lets students learn more about the real working situation of enterprises, but greatly increases students＇ learning interest and team cooperation, and students can begin to work directly.
