摘  要:为给中低速磁浮轨道梁刚度设计提供参考,以株洲机车车辆厂中低速磁浮试运线32×20m简支轨道梁为背景,采用理论分析与现场荷载试验相结合的方法,对中低速磁浮轨道梁刚度进行研究,并参考各国相关规范对轨道梁刚度取值进行对比。研究结果表明:该试运线轨道梁实测应力均在2 MPa以内,应力水平较低,应力水平不控制主梁设计;轨道梁实测变形值仅为计算值的70%左右,具有较好的性能质量;试验梁挠跨比约为1/10 404,满足规范要求,但较为保守,可进一步优化线路结构参数,降低线路成本。To provide reference for the design of track beam stiffness of medium and low speed maglev, the 32 × 20 m simply-supported track beam of a medium and low speed maglev test line in the CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Company was taken as the study background. The stiffness of the track beam of medium and low speed maglev was studied by the combined use of theoretical analysis and field load tests. In addition, the values of the stiffness of track beam were compared based on the approved values in relevant codes of different countries. The results of the study demonstrate that the measured stress of the track beam of the test line is within the range of 0-2 MPa, with low stress level. The stress level does not govern the main girder design. The measured deformation value of the track beam is only 70 % of the calculated value, having good quality and exhibiting sound performance. The deflection-to-span ratio of the testing beam is 1/10 404, which can meet the code requirements, hut a little bit conservative. It is suggested that the structural parameters of the maglev line be further optimized, so as to cut back the related costs.
