摘 要:一个人的内心处在什么境界,他就会看到什么样的境界,这是佛家“万法由心”的道理。在欣赏一件艺术品时,真正打动我们的是艺术家通过艺术品这个物质载体传达出来的精神,我们最终看的是艺术家的心。所以,一件艺术品的艺术高度取决于艺术家的精神高度。古人常讲,“技进乎道”,说的是艺术创造如果仅仅限于技巧,就很难达到道的境界。这也正是本文要阐述的,艺术创造首先源于不同于常人的观察。This paper, based on the Buddhist doctrine of "every law coming from the mind", namely one will see all that one is in a given psychological situation, argues that what moves us in deed is the spirit embodied in the artists' works when appreciating them. In other words, what we have seen is the mindset of an artist. Thus, the artistic value of an artistic work lies in the psychological situation the artist is in, as an ancient Chinese expert puts: "An art can be elevated to the general law of Nature", which implies that if artistic making only focuses on techniques, it is difficult, indeed, to reach the general law of Nature. The paper identifies this law as such: artistic making comes from an artist's observation, different from the action of non-artists.
