摘　　要：腭裂患者存在不同程度语音障碍,可致语音理解度降低,影响与人交流的能力。腭裂语音理解度评估是腭裂语音治疗的重要步骤。除主观评估方法外,腭裂语音理解度可利用语音识别方法自动评估。本文就腭裂语音理解度评估方法的研究进展作一综述。The patients with cleft palate may experience different degrees of speech disorder,which will reduce the level of understanding and influence greatly their daily communications.The evaluation of cleft palate speech intelligibility plays an important role in the language therapy.In addition to the subjective evaluation,speech recognition methods can be used to estimate automatically the speech intelligibility in patients with cleft lip and palate.This paper reviews the research progress of evaluation approaches of the speech intelligibility in cleft palate patients.
