摘  要:针对露天储煤场盘煤效率低、精度差的现状,设计了露天储煤场无人机自动盘煤系统。该系统通过无人机获取融合GPS精确定位信息的煤场高清图像,并应用基于二维图像的三维重构技术重构出露天储煤场的三维模型,由此计算出三维模型的体积,从而计算出露天储煤场内的储煤量。通过与激光雷达盘煤系统的现场测试结果对比分析,结果表明:该系统比激光雷达盘煤系统节省了27.5%的盘煤时间,盘煤精度高于激光雷达盘煤系统,并且能够克服成本高、操作复杂、遮挡及盲区等缺点;可提高露天储煤场的盘煤效率和精度,能够更好地满足露天储煤场快速准确盘煤的实际需求。According to low efficient and poor accuracy status of the coal volume measuring in open coal storage yard,automatic coal volume measuring system of the open coal storage yard with unmanned aerial vehicle was designed.With the high definition image of the coal storage yard with the integrated GPS accurate positioning information obtained with the unmanned aerial vehicle,with the application of the3 D model of the open coal storage yard reconstructed with the 3D reconstruction technology based on the 2D image,the volume of the 3D model was calculated and the coal storage volume of the open coal storage yard was calculated.In comparison analysis on the site measuring results of the laser radar coal volume measuring system,the results showed that the coal volume measuring system with the unmanned aerial vehicle could save 27.5% coal measuring time than the laser radar coal measuring system,the coal volume measuring accuracy was higher than the laser radar coal measuring system and could overcome a high cost,complicated operation,sheltering and fade zone,and other disadvantages.Thus the coal volume measuring rate and accuracy of the open coal storage yard could be improved and the actual requirements of the rapid and accurate coal volume measuring in the open coal storage yard could be fully met.
