摘  要:利用滤纸片法以枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌以及三株植物病原菌水稻纹枯病菌、香蕉枯萎病菌和油菜菌核病菌作为测试菌,对海南粗榧内生真菌A29在不同生长周期16d的次级代谢产物的抑菌活性进行测试。然后,对其最佳发酵周期的代谢产物化学成分进行初步测定,最后利用HPLC-MS分析其次级代谢产物的结构。结果显示,12d为内生真菌A29的最佳发酵周期,A29代谢产物包括生物碱类、酚类、蒽醌类、有机酸类、甾体及三萜类、皂苷类化合物,在匹配度较高的化合物中,被报道具有较强抑菌活性的化合物包括次黄嘌呤(Hypoxanthine)、布雷菲德菌素A(Decumbesterone A)、降香真双素(Acrovestone)和托可皂苷(Tokoronin)。根据结果推测,海南粗榧内生真菌A29的次级代谢产物具有较强的抑菌活性可能与以上4种物质有关。结果为后继的发酵,分离纯化其抑菌活性代谢产物奠定基础。The antimicrobial activity of endophytic fungal strain A29 from Cephalotaxus hainanensis Li against patho- gens including Escherichia coli ATCC25922, Staph ylococcu aureus ATCC25923,Bacillus subtilis ATCC6633 ,Rhizoctonia solani ZLL101 ,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum XJS01 and Fusariurn oxysporum RKY102 was investigated by filter paper meth- od. Then, the study analyzed the chemical compositions of the secondary metabolites of strain A29. Finally, HPLC-MS was used to analyze the structures of the compounds from its secondary metabolites. The results showed that 12 days is the best fermentation period of endophytic fungi A29 and metabolites of A29 included alkaloids, phenols, anthraquinones, or- ganic acids, steroids and triterpenoids, saponins. In compounds of higher matching degree, compounds reported which have strong antimierobial activity included hypoxanthine,Decumbesterone A, Acrovestone and Tokoronin. According to the re- sults, we can speculate that the secondary metabolites of strain A29 has strong antimicrobial activity , which may he relat- ed to the above four substances. The results have laid foundation for the later fermentation, separation and purification of its antimicrobial active metabolites.
