摘　　要：文章从我国研究生培养的"量大质低"的现状出发,以管理学科为例,对我国研究生学术创新能力与国外研究生学术创新能力的差距进行分析,认为主要在对主流研究范式与思维模式把握不清、教育模式、培养过程、培养机制和评估机制方面存在差距。据此,提出研究生学术创新能力的开发路径,认为应从创新思维、创新研究方法培养入手,构建创新型学术团队,并提出一种"同质异构体"学术团队模型。This paper takes the management discipline as an example to analyze the academic innovation ability gaps between postgraduates domestically and abroad based on the current situation of＂large amount and low quality＂of graduate education in China. This paper considers that the gaps exist in the unclear grasp of the mainstream research paradigm,education model,training procedures,training mechanism and evaluation mechanisms and so on. Based on these gaps,this paper puts forward the approaches to improve academic innovation. It supposes that the ability of academic innovation should begin with innovative thinking training and innovative research methods training to construct innovative academic teams and proposes an ＂isomeric forms＂academic team model.
