摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展和国际化进程的加快,我国财务管理教育也经历一系列改革,而改革的首要目标就是培养能够契合新时代需要的高素质财务管理人才。为了与教育改革相适应,各高校要进一步完善财务管理人才培养体系,培养新型的国际化财务管理人才。文章就现今高校财务管理人才的培养状况构建一个基于离差最大化的财务管理人才培养评价体系,以探讨培养适应财务管理教育改革的高校复合型财务管理人才的进程,推动高校教育的深层次发展。With the rapid development of economy and accelerating internationalization,financial management education in China has experienced a series of reforms. The primary objective of the education reform in colleges and universities is to develop high- quality financial management talents adapting to the demands of a new era. In order to adapt to the reform,the universities should further perfect the financial management talent training system,and develop a new model of international finance administrative personnel.Based on the current training of financial management personnel in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the evaluation system of financial management talent training on maximizing deviations. The paper also investigates the process of compound finance administrative personnel in colleges fitting to the education reform,and promotes the deeper development of university education.
