摘  要:针对近年杏鲍菇栽培主要原料棉籽壳和杂木屑价格大幅度上涨的现实问题,在常规栽培基质配方(CK)基础上,设计茶渣部分或全部替代棉籽壳和杂木屑的栽培基质配方5个处理,进行杏鲍菇栽培试验研究。结果表明,含茶渣40%的配方5栽培杏鲍菇综合效果最好,是杏鲍菇栽培的优良基质配方。配方5栽培杏鲍菇的优点为发菌期较短(27 d),原基形成期短(46 d),育菇期短(10 d),单菇重量较重(173.0 g·个-1),出菇单产最高(238 g·袋-1),菇体蛋白质含量较高(粗蛋白3.16%)、脂肪含量较低(0.32%)、总氨基酸含量(2.10%)高,含有茶多酚,单产利润即生产经济效益最高(1.58元/袋)。在生产上具有广阔的推广应用前景。To sharply realistic problem on the price of the cotton seed hull and sawdust prices rising a lot which are the main materials to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii in recent years, on the basis of routine cultivation formula (CK), we designed 5 formulae to cultivate P. eryngii which part or all altered the cotton seed hull and sawdust to teadust. We believe that using the formula 5 with the ingredient of 50% teadust can result in a better economic efficiency, and can be used in the demonstration of P. eryngii production. The advantages of P. eryngii cultivated using formula 5 include the time of mycelium growth required 27 days, pri- mordium formation time was 46 days and time of fruit body formation was 10 days. Fruit body weight per cluster was 173.0 g. The yield was the highest (238 g bag-1). The contents of crude protein, fat, total amino acid of fruit body reached 3.16%, 0.32%, 2.10% respectively. Fruit body contains tea polyphenols. Profit was 1.58 yuan per bag. It will have a broad application prospect in production.
