基于检测水分使用的海砂处理方法研究

摘　　要：将GB5009.3-2010《食品安全国家标准食品中水分的测定》与GB5413.39-2010《食品安全国家标准乳和乳制品中非脂乳固体的测定》中海沙的处理方法统一进行整合成GB5413.39-2010《食品安全国家标准乳和乳制品中非脂乳固体的测定》中的海沙处理方法。结果表明:使用GB5413.39-2010《食品安全国家标准乳和乳制品中非脂乳固体的测定》处理后的海沙进行水分实验时,实验的精密度和准确度均符合GB5009.3-2010《食品安全国家标准食品中水分的测定》方法的要求。The paper will make the processing methods of both GB5009.3-2010 National Food Safety Standards Determination of moisture in foods and GB5413.39-2010 National Food safety Standards Determination of nonfat milk solids in milk and dairy products to the methods of GB5413.39-2010 National Food safety Standards Determination of nonfat milk solids in milk and dairy products. The results show that both the precision and accuracy of experiment are all conform to the methods requirement of GB5009.3-2010 National Food Safety Standards Determination of moisture in foods, in the moisture content experiment with the processed sea sand of GB5413.39-2010 National Food safety Standards Determination of nonfat milk solids in milk and dairy products.
