城市化进程中新生代农民工继续教育需求的思考

摘　　要：随着我国经济和城市化的发展,新生代农民工正在成为城市化建设的主力军,他们在现代化建设中发挥了巨大的作用。新生代农民工的素质水平和受教育程度不仅影响到了他们自身的就业水平和劳动质量,同时也影响到我国整体人口综合素质的提升,因此,对新生代农民工的继续教育需求进行进一步的研究,对他们进行有针对性的教育,才能加快城市化进程,才能构建社会主义和谐社会。With the development of economy and urbanization in our country,the new generation of migrant workers is becoming the main force in the construction of urbanization,and they＇re playing a great role in the modernization. The quality level and education level of the new generation of migrant workers do not only affect their own level of employment and labor quality,but also affect the overall quality of the whole population. Therefore,studying the new generation of migrant workers＇ demand of continuing education,then educating them pertinently could help to promote the process of urbanization and the construction of a socialist harmonious society.
