摘 要:基于认知科学和系统科学理论的双重视角下,沿高管团队(TMT)认知发展主线,从认知能力、认知异质性、团体断裂带来进行研究,以期更加系统、全面地反映认知对创新绩效的影响。同时引入战略柔性为调节变量,并根据主动性和被动性分为预测战略柔性和控制战略柔性分别探讨其调节作用。通过对87家高科技企业的378份有效问卷的实证研究表明:TMT认知能力、认知异质性与创新绩效正相关,预测战略柔性和控制战略柔性都正向调节此关系。TMT断裂带与创新绩效负相关,预测战略柔性和控制战略柔性都能够调节此关系,并且随着战略柔性程度的增高,TMT断裂带对创新绩效的负向影响减弱。通过对比发现,预测战略柔性比控制战略柔性的调节作用更强。Based on the dual perspectives of cognitive science and system science theory, concentrated with cognitive development, the essay research the relation between cognitive ability, cognitive heterogeneity and team faultline in order to systematically and comprehensively reflect the cognitive effects on innovation performance. We respectively discuss the adjustment function of forecasting strategic flexibility and controlling strategy flexibility.Based on 378 valid questionnaires of 87 high-tech enterprises empirical study, the essay verifies that cognitive ability and cognitive heterogeneity have positive effect on innovation performance while forecasting strategic flexibility and controlling strategy flexibility promote the effect. Faultline has negative effect on innovation performance while forecasting strategic flexibility and controlling strategy flexibility effect the course. and as the flexibility level rising, the impact of TMT faultline weakened. Through the comparison, we find that forecasting strategic flexibility is stronger than controlling strategy flexibility in moderating effects.
