摘  要:教学与科研的关系,是国内外研究型大学所面临的基本问题之一。学校的整体发展,要充分考虑研究型大学教师群体的特点,采取有效的保障措施,使教师能够协调好教学与科研的关系,实现精力的合理分配。南开大学提出教学要紧密围绕培养"公能"兼备的人才,推进素质教育,坚持"教学优先"理念,在教学模式、教学组织运行、工作考核等方面,采取了一些切合实际的措施,鼓励和引导教师做好教学工作。The relationship between teaching and research is one of the fundamental issues that domestic and foreign research universities are confronted with. When it comes to the overall development of universities,the lecturers' characteristics must be taken into consideration. Some effective safeguard measures are required,which will enable teachers to coordinate the relationship between teaching and research, and to have reasonable distribution of time and energy. Nankai University proposed that teaching should link closely with the purpose of training student's morality and ability. Promoting quality education, and adhere to the "Teaching Priority"philosophy are also significant. A number of practical measures are put into practice in order to encourage and guide teachers do better work in the teaching mode, teaching organization, evaluation and other aspects of teaching.
