摘  要:随着我国经济社会的发展与要求以及研究生规模的扩大,研究生导师组制培养模式有了一定的萌发。研究表明研究生导师组制培养模式有利于科学合理地充分利用各方教育资源,提高研究生培养质量;有利于加速研究生教育培养机制的改革。构建研究生导师组制培养模式可从校内合作导师组培养模式、校外联合导师组培养模式和校企协作导师组培养模式等方面进行。With the development of China's economic and social requirements,as well as the expansion of the postgraduate students,the supervisor system training mode has a certain degree of germination. Studies have shown that postgraduate system training mode is advantageous to make full use of various education resources,scientifically and reasonably,so as to improve the quality of graduate education; and it can also speed up the reform in graduate student education mechanism. To speed up the construction of supervisor system training mode may proceed from the aspect of school teacher training mode,external joint teacher training mode and the university-enterprise cooperation mentor group training mode,etc.
