摘　　要：高校思想政治教育把立德树人作为根本任务符合其理论、历史与现实逻辑。宣传思想工作与立德树人根本任务在指导思想、基本原则、任务落实、组织领导等方面存在着"四重统一"。做好此项工作需要在思想政治理论课、教师队伍建设、舆论引导、阵地管理、领导方式等方面进行"五大创新举措"。这是高校思想政治教育进入新常态的鲜明标志,也是新常态下加强高校思想政治教育的客观要求。The paper holds that the ideological education in colleges takes morality education as its core taskwhich accords with the theoretical, historical and realistic logic. The tasks of publicity and morality educationare in accordance with each other and the implementation of the tasks needs ＂ five aspects of innovativemeasures＂ in the course of ideological education, construction of teaching faculty, leading of publicity, management of school and administrative mode, which is the signal that the ideological education in collegeshas entered a new status.
