基于三产职教园区的校企合作体制机制建设新举措——以乌鲁木齐职业大学金融与证券专业为例

摘　　要：文章以乌鲁木齐职业大学金融与证券专业开展校企合作为例,分析校企合作中存在的问题与成因;提出三产职教园区办公室应成为校企合作的管理部门,各专业要依托三产职教园区办公室,整合校企、校际优势资源,发挥三产职教园区的作用,理清三产职教园区的职能,建立校院二级校企合作工作考核制度等校企合作体制机制建设的新举措。The paper takes the Finance and Bond specialty in Urumqi Vocational University（UVU） as a case to analyze the problems and causes of school-enterprise cooperation, proposes that the office of vocational education zone of tertiary industry affiliated to UVU should be the administrative department to coordinate colleges and enterprises and plays its role. The author contends that all majors will rely on the office to integrate the colleges＇ and enterprises＇ superior resources and the cooperation mechanism between colleges and enterprises will be established.
